Recovery Skill set group
Weekly Therapy Skills for Emotional Sobriety
Every Tuesday at 7pm
The Recovery Skill Set Group is a weekly therapeutic space where we dive into the tools, skills, and mindset shifts that support long-term sobriety and emotional wellbeing.
Each week, we explore practical techniques from DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy)—evidence-based approaches that help you manage emotions, reduce cravings, understand your triggers, and break free from the stop–start cycle.
This group is designed to help you:
Understand and regulate your emotions without turning to alcohol
Learn grounding, coping, and mindfulness skills that actually work
Build psychological flexibility and reduce the struggle with cravings
Strengthen your recovery mindset week by week
Build healthier habits, boundaries, and thought patterns
Feel supported, seen, and understood
One of the most powerful parts of this group is the connection.
It’s a safe, welcoming space to connect with others on the same journey — people who genuinely understand what you’re going through. You’ll feel less alone, more supported, and surrounded by others working toward the same goal.
Whether you’re sober-curious, in early recovery, or rebuilding after a relapse, The Recovery Skill Set Group gives you the tools and community to stay grounded and steady.
Join us every Tuesday at 7pm via zoom, learn a new skill, and walk away feeling clearer, calmer, and more empowered in your recovery.
